The Makita ML104 offers three LED lighting modes: 360-degree lantern, 90-degree lantern, and flashlight mode. These settings allow the user to select between lighting a wider area or a specific work surface. The 360-degree lantern mode provides 710 Lumens, while the 90-degree lantern mode provides 190 Lumens, and the flashlight mode provides 130 Lumens. This work light also features Extreme Protection Technology (XPT), which provides increased dust and water resistance in harsh job site conditions. In addition, the built-in USB port allows for charging portable electronic devices, making this work light a multitasking tool for any job. This work light is fully compatible with Makita 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion 2.0Ah and 4.0Ah slide-style batteries, delivering up to 5.5 hours of continuous illumination in the 360-degree lantern mode on a single charge, up to 17 hours in the 90-Degree lantern mode, and up to 19 hours in flashlight mode. 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion batteries are engineered with a battery protection circuit that protects against overloading, over-discharging, and over-heating.
