Dell Latitude 3520 Review

The Dell Latitude 3520 is equipped with an 11th gen Intel i7 processor that can clock in at a base frequency of 2.80 GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.70 GHz. This laptop can manage various CPU-intensive tasks with ease, including running multiple applications and browser tabs simultaneously. The 64GB DDR4 SDRAM is sufficient to handle any complex task such as video editing or gaming. There is also a 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive that allows fast bootup and data transfer. The laptop also comes with Windows 11 professional 64-bit operating system, which has enterprise-grade security and comes with powerful management tools such as single sign-on and enhanced productivity with remote desktop and Cortana.

The Dell Latitude 3520's 15.6-inch diagonal FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-Glare Non-Touch Display has 250 nits of brightness. Users will appreciate that this laptop doesn't have a touchscreen, which can distract users from their work. There is no need to worry about colors and images appearing dark or washed out, as the laptop's display is sharp and vibrant in any setting. This laptop comes with a variety of port options, including 1 x USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, 1 x HDMI 1.4, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt mode, 1 x Headphone/Microphone Combo Jack, 1 x uSD 3.0 Memory Card Reader, 1 x RJ-45 with Status LED, and 1 x Power adapter port. It also has Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 for faster and more reliable wireless connectivity.

Unfortunately, the laptop does come with its drawbacks. The Dell Latitude 3520 doesn't have a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint reader. Although it has an integrated digital microphone, it's not perfect for recording high-quality audio. Additionally, it has Intel Iris Xe Graphics with shared graphics memory, which might not be suitable for running high-end graphic applications. The laptop's battery lasts for around 8 hours with moderate usage, which is not the best but not the worst either. Users should note that its battery is not replaceable, which could be a major concern for some users.
